In light of the prophetic warnings found throughout Catholic tradition, the Church has always called for discernment and prayer. The Catechism (No. 67) reminds us that private revelations are not dogma, but they can help us live our faith more fully.
The "Great Warning" and the Three Days of Darkness are not myths, but warnings filled with love — like a father warning his children of danger. God does not will evil, but He permits purification in order to save us.
In these uncertain times, the best response is faith, conversion, and trust in Divine Mercy. As Saint John Paul II said:
"Be not afraid! Open wide the doors for Christ."
Are we ready? The answer lies in our hearts.
"Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour." (Matthew 25:13)
