Certain areas will be protected ('game room zones' / Spielzimmerzonen) — most notably parts of Austria and the Ruhr valley in Germany. These will become refuges where the faithful gather. Food, water, and community will be essential. Those in isolated cities will suffer most. Preparation must begin now — not after the war starts.
