St. Catherine Labouré was a French Daughter of Charity nun who received three apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1830 at the Rue du Bac convent in Paris. Mary showed her the design of the Miraculous Medal and gave her prophetic messages about France and the Church. Catherine kept the visions secret for 46 years, revealing her identity only to her confessor. She was canonized in 1947. Over 2 billion Miraculous Medals have been distributed worldwide.

Persecution of the Church and the Archbishop

The Archbishop of Paris will be stripped of his vestments and killed. The clergy will be hunted. Churches will be closed and profaned. But after forty years, the Miraculous Medal will give abundant graces. This was fulfilled in the Paris Commune of 1871 when Archbishop Darboy was executed.
