Prophesied that in the last days, a very pious king will rule over a great Spain. His reign will extend over the Arab nations “House of Agar” and he will take possession of Jerusalem, likely by military conquest. Some traditions interpret this king as the “Great Monarch” of later prophecies and suggest his power could reach even England and Ireland.
