Italian mystic and stigmatist (1943–1976) from Caiazzo (province of Caserta). Bore the stigmata from early childhood and weekly relived Christ's Passion. A statue of the Madonna in her home wept human blood (AB+ confirmed by laboratory analysis at the University of Naples) before multiple witnesses including local clergy. She died at age 33 after a life of suffering offered for souls. Her cause for canonization was opened in 1986 by the Diocese of Caserta; she is currently recognised as a Servant of God (Serva di Dio). Her bleeding statue is preserved at the Carmelite convent in Caserta and remains a site of pilgrimage.

Teresa understood the weeping as a sign of Mary's grief over the world's sins and a final call to mercy before the day of justice — echoing the older tradition of weeping Madonnas (La Salette, Akita).

Reality: Multiple weeping events documented 1969–1975 in front of clergy and witnesses; blood sample independently tested at the University of Naples and identified as human blood, AB+ type. The statue is preserved at the Carmelite convent in Caserta and remains under Church investigation.
